"So grateful for your classes. Your classes keep evolving and I find myself moving joyfully and seeing myself progress. On-line classes is a great fit for me. I like joining live as it keeps me to a time and a place. "

"What I love about your teaching style is YOUR individuality in movement. You are a shining star in the sea of mediocre yoga teachers who only call out yoga poses. It’s nice to have teachers in my life that TEACH and I can learn from. Thank you for what you do - it makes a difference."
