Whether you’ve started LIFT yet or not, simply showing up helps reconnect you to the structure of the program and the bigger picture of how strength training actually works.

We’ll talk through what’s feeling good, what’s feeling challenging, and how to keep progressing without overthinking it.

You can attend live or watch the replay. You’re also welcome to submit questions ahead of time via email.
