This 30-minute class will improve your baseline strength so you can feel stronger in everyday life.
We’ll cover the essential movement patterns in each class: squat, hinge, push, pull, and rotation.
What to Expect
Designed to establish your fitness baseline and progressively increase your strength over time. This class is structured progressively. No random exercises. We do sets and reps to make the most of your workout time. Pick your player:
• Bodyweight
• Resistance bands
• Kettlebells (KB) or Dumbbells (DB)
When: Mondays, 9 AM EST | 30 minutes
This Class is for you if:
1. You’re active but want to incorporate more strength training into your routine.
2. You want to improve your baseline strength.
3. You enjoy online classes and want to start a safe, structured strength practice.
Important:
This is a physical class that requires the ability to get up and down from the floor and handle resistance bands/weights. Honor your body’s limitations. Participation in Start Strong is at your own risk.
