About Trisha

I’ve spent over two decades exploring movement—from professional ballet to Ashtanga yoga to strength and conditioning. Today, I help women get strong, feel capable, and stop chasing perfection in their workouts.

After years of practicing and teaching yoga exclusively, I hit a wall: burnout, chronic pain, and a deep sense that what I was offering wasn’t enough. I realized that flexibility without strength was unsustainable, and alignment cues without context weren’t helping students thrive. So I evolved—personally and professionally.

Calm + Strong, my signature approach blends the nervous system literacy of yoga with the clarity of progressive strength programming—no fluff, no hustle culture, just better movement.

My focus is on empowering women to build strength and resilience through a holistic and inclusive methodology.

By blending the mindfulness of yoga with the empowerment of strength training, I help my clients achieve their fitness goals and enhance their overall well-being. Squat, hinge, push, pull, play!

I believe movement can be powerful without being punishing—and that strength training isn’t just for gym bros or 25-year-olds. For women 40+, it’s a game changer.
