Start Strong Classes

Start Strong is a 30-minute class to improve your baseline strength so you can feel stronger in everyday life.

We’ll cover the essential movement patterns in each class: squat, hinge, push, pull, and rotation.

Designed to establish your fitness baseline and progressively increase your strength over time.

What to Expect

This class is structured progressively. No random exercises. We do sets and reps to make the most of your workout time. Pick your player:

  • Bodyweight

  • Resistance bands

  • Kettlebells (KB) or Dumbbells (DB)

The Start Strong class is Trisha's signature strength style that connects you through the Push, Pull, Squat, Hinge method.
